Small repairs around a window or a few square feet of repointing are often a few hundred dollars. A full front-of-house repoint or a rebuilt chimney runs into the thousands. We give a firm written price after seeing the wall, and the price doesn't move unless you change the scope.

Usually, yes. We source from the GTA's brick yards and reclaimed suppliers, and we match mortar colour and joint profile so repairs blend in rather than announce themselves. Century homes with discontinued brick take more hunting, and we'll tell you up front if a perfect match isn't available.

Our chimney cost guide walks through it. If the mortar is soft but the bricks are sound, repointing and a new crown usually does it. If bricks are spalling, the chimney is leaning, or the top courses are loose, a partial rebuild from the roofline up is the right fix and lasts decades. We'll tell you which one you need, not the more expensive one.

Yes. Most projects come with a 5-year workmanship warranty, stated in writing on your quote. On the rare job where we can't stand behind the full five years, usually because of an underlying problem outside the masonry, we tell you that before you sign, not after.

Yes. Bricking in a doorway, a few loose bricks on a porch, a cracked step. We schedule small jobs between larger ones, so they may wait a week or two, but we do take them.

Yes. Liability insurance and WSIB clearance certificates are available on request, and our masons hold Red Seal certification, the interprovincial standard for the trade.
